The Swiss Society of Surgeons (SGC) represents both your personal interests and those of the surgical profession. In addition to promoting the next generation of surgeons and fostering continuing surgical education, the SGC deals intensively with all issues relating to the practice of surgery. As a professional organization, the SGC is involved in a number of professional policy decisions. We will keep you informed of all important events, be they professional or political in nature.

How do I become a member?

To become a member of the SGC, please complete the application form. You will need two sponsors who are already members of the SGC. Complete applications for the upcoming General Assembly will be accepted until the end of March of the current year.
New members are accepted once a year at the General Assembly.
